Very early idea for creatures on Pasaana when it was a fenland rather than a desert.
Maybe this is somewhere else in the planet.
Unlike giraffes who need the height to reach leaves in tall trees, these animals need the long legs to wade into the deeper feeding grounds of the fens. The curled trunks help too.
These trunks were also part of the Aki Aki development too.
