The idea was that the ‘doctor’ was more a nickname and she was just very surgical with her sniper rifle on the battlefield.
This version had some bio-tech implants in the face and
A few elements from this round made it to the final design even(the style of her rifle, the base of her head gear and her tactical sniper veil!)
